Selects the unmute condition for the current Non-ASTRO (MDC, DTMF, or Quik-Call II) Conventional Personality. This unmute rule applies only to the detection of Selective Calls.
When the Rx Voice / Signal Type field is "Non-ASTRO" or "Mixed Mode", and
when the Non-ASTRO Signaling Type field is " MDC", " DTMF", or " Quik-Call II", and
when the Selective Call Rx / Tx field is set to "Decode" or "Decode & Encode", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
